Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Intake and verify information for new cases, ensuring all necessary documentation is complete
- Monitor and track cases to meet deadlines and assign cases to appropriate physicians for review
- Communicate with clients regarding case progress and ensure proper documentation is provided
Required Qualifications
- A minimum of 1 year of experience in an administrative or clerical role in a business office environment
- Experience in a healthcare environment is preferred
- An Associate's Degree is preferred
- Excellent computer skills, particularly with Apple Operating System and Google applications
- Ability to maintain focus and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
