Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Service Representative.

Key Responsibilities
  • Intake and verify information for new cases, ensuring all necessary documentation is complete
  • Monitor and track cases to meet deadlines and assign cases to appropriate physicians for review
  • Communicate with clients regarding case progress and ensure proper documentation is provided
Required Qualifications
  • A minimum of 1 year of experience in an administrative or clerical role in a business office environment
  • Experience in a healthcare environment is preferred
  • An Associate's Degree is preferred
  • Excellent computer skills, particularly with Apple Operating System and Google applications
  • Ability to maintain focus and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
