Key Responsibilities

Lead the identification and remediation of payment accuracy opportunities
Analyze claims data and provider contract trends to uncover payment opportunities
Document processes and develop standard operational metrics for the Payment Integrity department

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent with 5+ years of experience in data or statistical analysis
Advanced knowledge of SQL and data analytics
Advanced Excel skills
Mastery of Health Insurance Operations knowledge
Successful experience working in a cross-functional environment
