Health Data Analyst

Job Summary

Providing analytical support and consultation, the full-time remote Health Data Analyst will assess pharmacy benefits performance, develop reports and models, and collaborate with stakeholders to enhance departmental objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze client pharmacy benefit data and trends, delivering recommendations to stakeholders
• Investigate key drivers of benefit performance and create queries using Alteryx
• Participate in the development of analytic methodologies, models, and new products

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Finance, or related field, or equivalent experience
• 2 years of experience in pharmacy benefits management, reporting & analytics, or related field
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills for data manipulation and formula creation
• Strong knowledge of the PBM industry and ability to communicate industry trends
• Eligibility to work in the United States without the need for visa sponsorship
