Health Data Analyst

Job Summary

Providing analytical support and consultation, the full-time remote Health Data Analyst will assess pharmacy benefits performance, develop new reports and analytical models, and deliver recommendations to stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze and interpret pharmacy benefit data, trends, and reports while partnering with the analytics team to deliver project updates
• Investigate key drivers of benefit performance and create new queries using SASEG
• Participate in the development of analytic methodologies, models, and new products, including managing CMS reporting and analysis

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent experience; HS diploma or GED required
• Two years of experience in pharmacy benefits management, reporting & analytics, or related fields
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and familiarity with analytic tools such as Alteryx and Cognos
• Strong knowledge of the PBM industry and ability to articulate industry trends
• Eligibility to work in the United States without the need for work visa or residency sponsorship
