Job Summary

Health Data Analytics Consultant will work full-time, providing quantitative analysis and support for Medicare and Medicaid payment model implementation, requiring experience in SQL or Python, and knowledge of statistics and research methodology.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform quantitative analysis to inform the design and evaluation of payment models
• Conduct financial and trend analysis, and support the development of quality metrics
• Efficiently query large healthcare databases and prepare data for reports and project coordination

Required Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in a health/analytics related field
• 4+ years of experience using Python, SQL, or R in a relevant environment
• Experience with medical claims and enrollment data in large data warehouse settings
• Experience in implementing or evaluating value-based payment programs
• Familiarity with healthcare data/payment concepts
