Key Responsibilities

• Conduct analysis on client accounts and internal initiatives related to performance, growth, and retention
• Design and deliver customized evaluations and presentations to guide decision-making
• Support internal and external stakeholders with enhanced analytics and decision support

Required Qualifications

• 4+ years of related work experience in a healthcare or health insurance environment
• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience
• Experience with SQL or SAS coding and intermediate Excel skills
• Experience with analytics, inferential statistics, and data visualization tools
• Ability to manage tasks independently and work with cross-functional teams
