Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in Sales, Account Management, Operations, or growth-focused roles
• Deep expertise in the Health Insurance vertical and performance marketing
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or Liberal Arts; MBA preferred
• Experience in managing customers in a regulated and compliance-focused environment
• High-integrity, customer-first leader with experience in high-growth environments
