Health Economics Manager

Job Summary

Seeking a strategic and analytical leader, the remote Associate Director/Senior Manager of Health Economics & Outcomes Research (HEOR) Oncology will manage the development and execution of health economic models and evidence demonstrating the value of precision molecular diagnostic technologies in oncology, collaborating across multiple departments to support market access and reimbursement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development and validation of health economic models to demonstrate the clinical and economic value of precision diagnostics
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate HEOR objectives into clinical studies and ensure evidence generation aligns with payer requirements
• Oversee HEOR publication strategy, producing peer-reviewed manuscripts and value communications for market access

Required Qualifications

• Advanced degree (PhD, PharmD, MD, DrPH, or Master's) in Health Economics, Outcomes Research, or a related field
• 5-10+ years of HEOR experience in biotechnology, pharmaceuticals, or a related healthcare environment
• Proven experience in developing health economic models and conducting outcomes research
• Experience with precision medicine and oncology diagnostics is highly desirable
• Familiarity with analytical tools such as Excel, R, SAS, or Python preferred
