Health Economics Research Manager
Job Summary
Seeking a strategic and analytical leader, the full-time remote Associate Director/Senior Manager of Health Economics & Outcomes Research will manage the development and execution of health economic models and evidence to demonstrate the value of precision molecular diagnostic technologies in chronic kidney disease and transplant medicine.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the development and application of health economic models to demonstrate clinical and economic value
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate HEOR objectives into clinical studies and evidence generation plans
- Analyze real-world and clinical trial data to provide actionable insights supporting clinical and payer decisions
Required Qualifications
- Advanced degree (PhD, PharmD, MD, DrPH, or Master's) in Health Economics, Outcomes Research, or related field
- 5-10+ years of HEOR experience in biotechnology, pharmaceuticals, or related healthcare environments
- Proven experience in developing health economic models and conducting outcomes research
- Experience with payer evidence generation and market access initiatives
- Familiarity with precision medicine and advanced analytical tools such as R, SAS, or Python
