Health Economist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Bachelor's-level Health Economist to assist with health and social policy research initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with quantitative research activities including data analysis and statistical modeling
• Analyze large health-related datasets and ensure quality and accuracy of data analyses
• Conduct literature reviews and contribute to technical memoranda, reports, and presentations

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in a quantitative field such as Economics, Data Science, or Health Services Research
• Experience with statistical programming packages (e.g., Python, R, SAS, SQL, or STATA)
• Interest in health services and/or health economics research
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work effectively in a team environment
• Legally authorized to work in the United States without requiring sponsorship for employment visa status
