Health Educator

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Health Educator (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Develops, implements, and manages Health Education programs under the direction of the Manager, Health Education
• Researches and creates health education and disease management materials in collaboration with Quality Improvement staff
• Engages members in health promotion and coordinates care through various outreach efforts

Required Qualifications

• Associate degree in a health-related area or equivalent relevant experience
• 2 years of experience in Health Education
• Adaptability and flexibility to change
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Knowledge of the Medicaid population (preferred)
