Job Summary

A company is looking for a Health Educator (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Develops, implements, and manages health education programs
• Researches and creates health education materials in collaboration with Quality Improvement staff
• Engages members in health promotion and coordinates care based on member needs

Required Qualifications

• Associate degree in a health-related area or equivalent experience
• 2 years of experience in Health Education
• Adaptability and flexibility to change
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Strong organizational skills
