Health Finance Policy Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Policy Specialist, Health Finance & Global Fund STC.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development and implementation of Global Fund co-financing strategies and compliance pathways
• Design and structure innovative health financing instruments and co-financing mechanisms
• Establish multi-stakeholder co-financing platforms and integrate health financing into national frameworks

Required Qualifications

• Advanced university degree in Public Health, Economics/Finance, Public Policy, International Development, or related discipline, or a bachelor's degree with additional qualifying experience
• Minimum 7 years of relevant experience in health financing or public financial management
• Proven track record in designing or implementing health financing instruments
• Experience supporting government agencies in health financing implementation
• Exposure to Global Fund processes and co-financing requirements
