Job Summary

To support individuals in achieving better health, the fully remote Health Guide will engage participants through relationship building, health strategy co-creation, and education while utilizing telephonic and digital interactions to promote lasting behavior change.

Key responsibilities

• Engage participants through relationship building and co-create health strategies tailored to individual needs
• Conduct telephonic appointments and utilize digital tools to maintain participant engagement throughout their health journey
• Document interactions and participant progress in the MOBE Portal, while managing a caseload and scheduling follow-ups

Required qualifications

• Experience in health coaching, wellness, or a related field
• Strong foundational health literacy to support educational needs of participants
• Ability to utilize coaching techniques such as Motivational Interviewing and Appreciative Inquiry
• Proficiency in using digital communication tools and maintaining reliable internet access
• Availability to work two evening shifts each week within specified operating hours
