Key Responsibilities

• Serve as a trusted advisor to Members, guiding them through their healthcare experiences
• Provide motivation, support, and comprehensive assistance, including education and referrals
• Connect with Members across various communication channels to build trusting relationships

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in health, education, social work, or a related field preferred
• 2+ years of experience in customer service or patient-facing roles in healthcare
• Intermediate understanding of the healthcare system and health insurance
• Experience with benefits navigation in a call center environment
• Organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
