Job Summary
A company is looking for a Health Guide to support Members in their healthcare journey.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as a trusted advisor and guide Members through their healthcare experiences
- Provide motivation, support, and referrals while understanding Members' healthcare needs
- Connect with Members across various communication channels to build trust and relationships
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent of 5 years' experience in health-related fields
- 1+ years of experience in customer service
- Intermediate understanding of the healthcare system and health insurance
- Experience with benefits navigation in a call center environment
- Organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
