Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as a trusted advisor and guide Members through their healthcare experiences
  • Provide motivation, support, and referrals while understanding Members' healthcare needs
  • Connect with Members across various communication channels to build trust and relationships
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent of 5 years' experience in health-related fields
  • 1+ years of experience in customer service
  • Intermediate understanding of the healthcare system and health insurance
  • Experience with benefits navigation in a call center environment
  • Organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
