Health Informatics Integrator SME

Job Summary

Health Informatics Integrator SME is a full-time position that provides expert guidance and support for Electronic Health Record Modernization efforts, focusing on stakeholder engagement, training reinforcement, and process improvement.

Key Responsibilities

• Support VA EHR issue-management workflows across facility, VISN, and national stakeholder groups
• Provide guidance on THP execution, issue submission, triage, routing, escalation, and follow-up
• Analyze current-state operations and support the implementation of improved healthcare business and clinical processes

Required Qualifications

• Master's degree in nursing, health informatics, healthcare administration, or related field; equivalent experience may be considered
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in healthcare operations, clinical informatics, or EHR implementation
• Experience supporting the Department of Veterans Affairs or similar large integrated federal healthcare environment
• Hands-on experience with clinical informatics workflows and issue-management tools like ServiceNow
• Working knowledge of VHA Medical Center operations and clinical processes
