Health Informatics Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Health Informatics Specialist I to support various health care operations remotely.

Key Responsibilities

• Research, collect, and analyze information to identify opportunities and develop solutions
• Utilize multiple system applications to perform analysis, create reports, and develop educational materials
• Maintain knowledge of applicable laws and regulations to ensure adherence to safety and ethical standards

Required Qualifications

• At least two years of experience in an informatics or related role with clinical information systems
• Basic understanding of clinical treatment modalities and accreditation standards
• Demonstrated knowledge of change management and project management principles
• Bachelor's degree in Health Informatics or a related discipline preferred, or equivalent experience
• Certification from a national informatics certifying body is preferred
