Health Informatics Specialist

Job Summary

To support a growing initiative in Health Informatics, the full-time Health Systems Clinical Specialist Jr. will leverage clinical expertise to assist in project initiatives, facilitate virtual meetings, and manage project deliverables while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Support technical and clinical project staff with communications and outreach to Federal business partners
• Collect, analyze, and report on key performance metrics, contributing to dashboard development and ongoing performance tracking
• Coordinate project deliverables and maintain organized repositories while facilitating virtual clinical program meetings

Required qualifications

• 1 to 2 years of experience in a clinical or Health Informatics project
• 2 to 5 years of experience using Electronic Health Records systems, with Oracle Health or Cerner Millennium preferred
• A bachelor's degree or associate degree plus 2 years of relevant experience, or 4 years of relevant experience in clinical areas or related disciplines
• Proficient with MS O365, including Outlook, Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Strong virtual meeting facilitation and calendar management skills are essential
