Health Informatics Specialist

Job Summary

Working remotely on a contract basis, the Health Informatics Specialist III will partner with clinical and operational teams to support the design, implementation, and optimization of healthcare information systems while focusing on process improvement and change management initiatives.

Key responsibilities:

• Serve as a liaison between Digital & Technology Services and clinical end users, facilitating communication and collaboration
• Lead process improvement projects by analyzing workflows and implementing solutions to enhance care delivery and operational efficiency
• Develop training materials and provide ongoing support for clinical Digital & Technology Services, assisting with research and evidence-based practices

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field
• At least five years of nursing, clinical, or operational experience
• At least three years of experience in health informatics
• Experience with telehealth implementation and clinical workflow redesign
• Strong facilitation skills and ability to mentor team members
