Health Informatics Specialist

Job Summary

To support the integration of health care science and technology, the full-time Health Informatics Specialist will research, analyze data, and develop educational materials while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Research, collect, and analyze information to identify opportunities and develop solutions for performance improvement
• Utilize multiple system applications to create reports and support ad-hoc operational projects
• Synthesize and analyze data to provide detailed summaries and graphical presentations for leadership decision-making

Required qualifications

• At least two years of experience in an informatics or related role, with knowledge of clinical information systems
• Basic understanding of clinical treatment modalities and regulatory standards
• Demonstrated knowledge of change management and project management principles
• Bachelor's degree in Health Informatics or a related discipline preferred, or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Certification from a national informatics certifying body is preferred
