Health Informatics Specialist
Job Summary
To support the successful design and implementation of clinical and non-clinical information systems, the onsite Health Informatics Specialist III will manage enterprise projects, improve workflows, and ensure the effective adoption of technologies within the healthcare environment.
Key responsibilities:
- Serve as a liaison between Digital & Technology Services and clinical teams to enhance operational processes
- Lead process improvement initiatives and change management efforts to optimize healthcare delivery
- Conduct training and mentorship for staff while developing workflow standards and documentation
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field
- At least five (5) years of nursing, clinical, or operational experience
- Minimum of three (3) years of informatics experience
- Experience in telehealth implementation and clinical workflow redesign
- Strong facilitation skills and capability transfer experience
