Health Informatics Specialist
Job Summary
To support the design and implementation of clinical information systems, the full-time onsite Health Informatics Specialist III will collaborate with clinical and operational teams, focusing on process improvement, change management, and the evaluation of integrated technologies in Philadelphia, PA.
Key responsibilities:
- Serve as a liaison between Digital & Technology Services and clinical end users, facilitating effective communication and collaboration
- Lead process improvement initiatives by analyzing workflows and implementing changes to enhance care delivery and operational efficiency
- Support the development of training materials and provide ongoing education to clinical staff on Digital & Technology Services
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field
- At least five (5) years of nursing, clinical, or operational experience
- At least three (3) years of informatics experience
- Experience with telehealth implementation and clinical workflow redesign
- Strong facilitation skills and experience in requirements gathering
