Job Summary

A company is looking for a Health Info Management Data Integrity Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure efficient resolution of documentation errors in medical records
• Perform Master Patient Index (MPI) maintenance and manage patient record merges/unmerges
• Monitor queues and systems to identify and validate the resolution of documentation errors

Required Qualifications

• Associate's degree in Health Care preferred
• Three years of experience in Health Information Management (HIM) required
• Graduation from a RHIT program and/or RHIT credentials may substitute for experience
• One year of experience with Epic and the Epic Chart Correction Toolkit
