Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

Conduct retrospective chart reviews to ensure compliance with regulations and standards
Validate the accuracy of scanned documents and ensure data integrity across systems
Monitor and support operational processes related to clinical documentation and information security

Required Qualifications

Minimum 1 year of experience in HIM or a related area
Proficiency with Microsoft Office
Ability to learn Epic, ChartMaxx, and MedQuist/M*Modal
Bachelor's degree in Health Information Management or related field (preferred)
