Health Information Management Analyst

Job Summary

Coordinating health information management operations, the full-time HIM Operations Support Analyst will analyze metrics and Key Performance Indicators, support the implementation of new policies, and lead training sessions while working in a hybrid environment between onsite and remote.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze volumes and metrics to monitor success and identify operational issues
• Coordinate HIM activities and lead training sessions for staff and partners
• Conduct audits and quality reviews, preparing reports and recommending improvements

Required qualifications

• Associate's degree or equivalent experience in a related healthcare field
• Five years of experience in Health Information Management Operations or similar healthcare settings
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel with advanced skills in pivot tables and formulas
• Knowledge of HIPAA guidelines related to patient privacy
• Experience in data analysis and reporting, including the ability to create impactful presentations
