Job Summary

A company is looking for a HIM Associate II to ensure data integrity operations and manage health record deficiencies.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure resolution of health record deficiencies in accordance with patient care and regulatory compliance
• Enter and update software for central business office requests and monitor data integrity issues
• Perform EMPI functions and manage transcription issues as directed by the transcription team

Required Qualifications

• Previous experience in health information management
• Knowledge of MS Office products
• Experience with system architecture and integration
• Familiarity with medical terminology
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
