Job Summary

A company is looking for a Health Information Management (HIM) Coordinator.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate operations for optimization, quality, and compliance of HIM through audits and workflow analysis
• Assist in creating self-service reporting tools and provide guidance on metrics for monitoring productivity
• Identify improvement opportunities and collaborate with leadership to implement changes in workflows

Required Qualifications

• Associate degree in Health Information Management or applicable field, or four years of related experience
• Two years of health information management operational experience with progressive assignments
• Experience in process improvement, workflow optimization, and report creation
• Familiarity with Epic EHR
