Health Information Management Faculty

Job Summary

To inspire academic excellence in students, the part-time remote Health Information Management Faculty will deliver online lessons, facilitate classroom interactions, and evaluate student work while adhering to the Community of Inquiry Framework.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver online lessons to undergraduate and/or graduate students
• Evaluate and grade students' assignments and provide effective feedback
• Engage with students in online forums and respond to communications regularly

Required qualifications

• Master's degree in Health Information Management, Data Analytics, Computer Science, or a closely related field from a regionally accredited institution
• Two years of experience in a Health Information Management field
• Record of excellence in teaching
• RHIA or RHIT certification is strongly preferred
• Online teaching experience is preferred
