Health Information Management Lead

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Head of Health Information Management.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the P&L for the HIM unit, including budgeting and cost management
• Lead and mentor a team to meet performance KPIs
• Build and scale operational workflows to support business growth and regulatory compliance

Required Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in operations or service delivery management, preferably in healthcare
• Proven track record managing large offshore teams (100+ FTEs)
• Strong financial acumen with experience in P&L management
• Deep understanding of Health Information Management or adjacent RCM domains
• Bachelor's degree required; MBA or relevant postgraduate degree is a plus
