Health Information Management Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager of Health Information Management.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage client service level agreement metrics and drive monthly client meetings
• Oversee a team of direct reports, including performance reviews and development
• Collaborate with teams to resolve coding issues and improve products and services

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred
• National coding certification through AAPC or AHIMA
• RHIA or RHIT certification preferred
• Minimum 5 years of experience in medical coding and 2 years in a leadership role
• Ongoing CEUs to maintain credentials and stay current with coding standards
