Health Information Management Representative

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Health Information Management Representative - National Remote.

Key Responsibilities

• Reviews electronic chart documentation for accuracy and completeness
• Processes release of information (ROI) requests and manages documentation requests
• Scans, edits, and organizes medical records in electronic systems

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma / GED or equivalent work experience
• 1+ years of experience in Health Information Management (HIM)
• 1+ years of experience in Customer Service within a healthcare environment
• Experience with Microsoft Office products and EMR systems
• Ability to work normal business hours and occasional overtime or weekends
