Health Information Management Representative

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Health Information Management Representative - National Remote.

Key Responsibilities

• Review electronic chart documentation for accuracy and completeness
• Process release of information (ROI) requests and manage documentation requests
• Scan, edit, and manage medical records within electronic systems

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma / GED or equivalent work experience
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• 1+ years of experience in Customer Service within a hospital or healthcare environment
• Experience with Microsoft Office products
• Ability to work normal business hours and complete training requirements
