Health Information Management Representative

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Health Information Management Representative.

Key Responsibilities

• Review electronic chart documentation for accuracy and completeness
• Process release of information (ROI) requests and manage documentation requests
• Scan, edit, and maintain medical records in electronic systems

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma / GED or equivalent experience
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• 1+ year of customer service experience in a healthcare environment
• 1+ year of Health Information Management (HIM) or Release of Information (ROI) experience
• Experience with Microsoft Office products
