Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and lead a team of HIM professionals, providing guidance and performance feedback
• Collaborate with healthcare providers and administrators to address health information management needs
• Oversee the management of health records and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements

Required Qualifications

• Associate's Degree in Health Information Management or a related field required; Bachelor's Degree preferred
• 3-5 years of experience in Health Information Management required
• Strong knowledge of health information management principles and coding systems
• Proficiency in coding systems including ICD-10-CM and CPT
• Experience with health information systems and EHR technology
