Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Health, Social Science, Psychology, Nursing, Education, or related field
  • One year of experience in healthcare, social services, helpline, counseling, or teaching
  • Five years of healthcare experience in customer service or call center operations preferred
  • Knowledge of insurance terminology and cancer basics
  • Ability to work four 10-hour shifts per week on a rotating schedule
