Key Responsibilities

• Respond to consumer inquiries about cancer and available services
• Provide accurate information through various communication channels
• Assist customers in navigating the referral process

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Health, Social Science, Psychology, Nursing, Education, or related field
• One year of experience in healthcare, social services, helpline, counseling, or teaching
• Preferred five years of experience in customer service or call center operations
• Knowledge of cancer basics and patient access
• Ability to work four 10-hour shifts on a rotating schedule
