Key Responsibilities

• Manage and train Health Information Services (HIS) staff while ensuring compliance with established guidelines
• Handle escalated situations and maintain workflow and productivity within the team
• Collaborate with leadership and clients on complex issues and participate in project teams to enhance operational strategies

Required Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience in Health Information
• Knowledge of HIPAA standards
• Experience with Power BI and MS Office
• Strong presentation skills for engaging with leadership and clients
• Demonstrated ability to support teams both on-site and remotely
