Health Information Systems Analyst

Job Summary

The full-time Financial Systems Analyst will maintain Financial Information Systems and provide end-user support within the Marshall Health System, focusing on troubleshooting applications, analyzing workflows for system improvements, and collaborating with various teams to ensure system functionality in a hybrid remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Support, maintain, and troubleshoot Cerner Millennium and Soarian Financials applications
• Analyze business and financial workflows to identify system improvement opportunities
• Configure, test, and implement financial system enhancements and upgrades

Required qualifications

• Degree in Health Information Management, Information Systems, or a related field
• Registered Health Information Technician (RHIT) certification or equivalent college-level study
• 3+ years of experience with Soarian Financials and/or Cerner Millennium application support
• Experience providing customer/end-user support for information systems and software applications
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications such as Outlook, Word, and Excel
