Health Information Technician

Job Summary

To ensure efficient patient chart management, the full-time Health Information Technician will maintain the filing system and facilitate the flow of documents within the clinic while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain the patient chart filing system to ensure efficient document flow
• Interact with internal and external customers to support clinic operations
• Perform routine clerical tasks under daily supervision with attention to detail

Required qualifications

• High School graduate or equivalent preferred
• One (1) year of previous clerical experience in a clinic setting preferred
• Six months of experience in medical record filing preferred
