Job Summary
Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Health Insurance Account Manager will manage employer client relationships, utilizing data to inform strategic recommendations for renewals and growth opportunities while ensuring a smooth onboarding process for new clients.
Key responsibilities:
- Collaborate cross-functionally with various teams to maintain ongoing ownership and accountability for client accounts
- Develop strategic account plans based on client data to evaluate business needs and recommend changes to benefit solutions
- Conduct regular client meetings and present quarterly progress reports, ensuring timely responses to client inquiries
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in account management or a related field
- Licensed in health insurance in the home state
- 3+ years of account management experience in the health insurance industry
- 2+ years of experience using data to make strategic recommendations
- Experience collaborating across multiple teams in a dynamic environment
