Key Responsibilities

Required Qualifications
  • High School Diploma/GED or higher
  • 1+ years of customer service experience in the health insurance industry
  • 1+ years of experience within the US Health Group
  • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
  • Ability to work full-time during specified business hours, including potential weekends or overtime
