Job Summary

A company is looking for a Broker Service Field Liaison Specialist - National Remote.

Key Responsibilities

• Provides elevated, concierge-style customer service to sales leaders and top-performing agents
• Responds to agent inquiries via email and phone, and resolves issues related to new business, claims, or benefits
• Assists management with special projects and ensures compliance with company guidelines and state regulations

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED or higher
• 1+ years of customer service experience in the health insurance industry
• 1+ years of experience within the US Health Group
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
• Ability to work full-time during specified business hours, including potential weekends or overtime
