Key Responsibilities
- Provides elevated, concierge-style customer service to sales leaders and top-performing agents
- Responds to agent inquiries via email and phone, and resolves issues related to new business, claims, or benefits
- Assists management with special projects and ensures compliance with company guidelines and state regulations
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma/GED or higher
- 1+ years of customer service experience in the health insurance industry
- 1+ years of experience within the US Health Group
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Ability to work full-time during specified business hours, including potential weekends or overtime
