Health Insurance Business Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Business Analyst - Health Insurance, Claims (Fully Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with clients and technical resources to identify business problems and develop analytical solutions
• Plan and design business processes and system modifications, and gather business requirements through various techniques
• Create test case scenarios and oversee testing of business applications to ensure client requirements are met

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst in the insurance domain
• Previous experience in the health insurance industry and extensive knowledge of insurance claims processes
• A degree in Business, IT, or a relevant field
• Experience in an Agile and/or Scrum environment is essential
• Health Insurance-related domain certification from INS/LOMA or III is an advantage
