Job Summary

A company is looking for a Client Advocate - Remote.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for employees regarding benefit questions and issue resolution
  • Investigate and resolve claims issues related to medical, dental, vision, and pharmacy
  • Partner with internal teams and provide advocacy stewardship reporting on case outcomes and trends
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
  • Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent relevant experience
  • Active Health Insurance (Life & Health) license required or ability to obtain within 90 days of hire
  • Prior experience in insurance carriers, employee benefits brokerage, or healthcare administration preferred
  • Ability to manage sensitive and confidential situations with professionalism
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and standard case management or CRM tools
