Job Summary
A company is looking for a Client Advocate - Remote.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for employees regarding benefit questions and issue resolution
- Investigate and resolve claims issues related to medical, dental, vision, and pharmacy
- Partner with internal teams and provide advocacy stewardship reporting on case outcomes and trends
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
- Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent relevant experience
- Active Health Insurance (Life & Health) license required or ability to obtain within 90 days of hire
- Prior experience in insurance carriers, employee benefits brokerage, or healthcare administration preferred
- Ability to manage sensitive and confidential situations with professionalism
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and standard case management or CRM tools
