Key Responsibilities

• Provide commercial legal advice on product, marketing, and sales for health insurance products
• Draft, structure, and negotiate complex commercial agreements related to technology and services
• Advise on regulatory, privacy, and consumer protection issues while managing legal risks

Required Qualifications

• J.D. is required
• 5+ years of legal experience in a law firm or in-house legal department
• Experience in health insurance regulations, particularly Medicare and short-term medical insurance
• Ability to work within a parent company and its family of companies
• Admitted and licensed to practice law
