Key Responsibilities

• Identify business needs and create stories to satisfy those needs
• Research and establish eligibility connections as necessary
• Collaborate with analysts to develop and document business analysis best practices

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred
• 6+ years of experience in an Insurance Eligibility support role
• Understanding of ANSI 270/271 required
• Knowledge of healthcare reimbursement is a plus
• Experience querying SQL databases is a plus
