Job Summary
To support individuals and families in securing essential Home Health and ACA coverage, the full-time Insurance Enrollment Agent will work remotely, identifying customer needs, building relationships, and providing comprehensive information while ensuring compliance and customer satisfaction.
Key responsibilities
- Identify and assess customer needs to ensure satisfaction and loyalty
- Build lasting relationships with clients through open, honest communication
- Provide accurate, comprehensive information using the best tools and resources
Required qualifications
- Active Health Insurance License required
- Current FFM (Federally-facilitated Marketplace) certification/registration for the applicable year
- Willingness to obtain licenses in multiple states
- At least 1 year of experience with Home Health and/or ACA plans preferred
- Ability to work full-time, including some weekends
