Job Summary
To support health insurance enrollment, the remote Health Insurance Enrollment Specialist will assist clients by conducting Health Risk Assessments, verifying information, and following a scripted call flow in a contract position with flexible hours.
Key responsibilities
- Handle inbound and occasional outbound calls to assist clients with health insurance enrollment
- Complete Health Risk Assessments and verify client information such as age and insurance status
- Document calls accurately while maintaining compliance with scripts and quality standards
Required qualifications
- Experience in customer service, particularly in a call center environment
- Ability to navigate online systems while engaging with customers
- Access to a personal computer with Windows 11 and a wired internet connection
- Availability to work some hours on Mondays each week
- Must pass a background check to represent the client
