Health Insurance ID Card Associate

Job Summary

To support the configuration of health insurance ID cards, the full-time Health Insurance ID Card Configuration Associate will manage customer-level programming, collaborate with internal experts to ensure timely updates, and perform system testing, all in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Responsible for customer-level detailed programming used on each customer's unique ID card
• Engage with internal subject matter experts to ensure timely updates to contracts and documents
• Prepare test plans and perform system testing to ensure document requirements are accurately incorporated

Required qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of 1 year of experience working with internal experts to update contracts
• Experience creating and updating sample prototype documents
• Knowledge of medical benefits
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and keyboarding skills
