Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Engage in prospect meetings and serve as a subject matter expert throughout the sales cycle
• Advise clients on alternative funding strategies and guide them through complex funding arrangements
• Deliver monthly financial reports and insights to clients, translating claims data into actionable recommendations

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in employee benefits consulting with expertise in alternate funding strategies
• Deep understanding of stop-loss markets and underwriting principles
• Experience in managing financial reporting and claims utilization analysis
• Proven track record of presenting and consulting at the executive level
• Active Health Insurance License required
